You know when your ideas are better than how they're landing?

That's the gap Meridith closes.

AWS architects. Energy policy researchers. Fifteen industries, zero rooms she hasn't owned.
She gets a perfect score every time. That's not a coincidence.

She jolted the room alive during our session and everyone remained at full attention until the smoke cleared. Meridith immediately made my team more confident — and more competent — with high-pressure presentations. Once she begins talking, she owns the space.

FLAGSHIP KEYNOTE

Say It So They Remember It

Keynote or breakout · 30–90 minutes

Picture the person in your audience who has the best idea in the room and no idea how to say it. They over-explain. They hedge. They lose the room before they've made their point.

This session is for them. Meridith teaches the exact moves that turn complex ideas into the thing people are still talking about at dinner — without slides, scripts, or performance anxiety.

What attendees leave with:
A framework for making any idea land, regardless of the audience
The difference between being understood and being impressive — and why most people chase the wrong one
Physical tools for presence that work before a board meeting, a keynote, or a difficult conversation

Note: Content is adapted for the time available, not condensed

WORKSHOP
Improvise to Adapt: Communication Under Pressure

Breakout or workshop · 45–90 minutes

For the person who freezes when the conversation goes sideways, over-explains under pressure, or gives the same answer whether they're talking to a peer or a CEO. No improv experience required. Using the core principles of Applied Improvisation, participants practice listening, responding, and adapting in real time — and leave with tools they can use the same day.

What attendees leave with:
Real-time thinking skills that hold up under pressure
Tools for staying present when a room shifts, an objection lands, or the unexpected happens
A shared experience that builds trust and connection across a team fast

Note: Highly interactive · Companies with high-trust cultures are 2.5x more likely to be high-performing

MOST-REQUESTED · 2025–26
Bot Talk: How AI Is Teaching Us to Sound Like Machines

Keynote, breakout, or panel · 10–45 minutes

We built AI to sound more human. Now we're starting to sound like it. Professionals are writing, speaking, and presenting in ways that feel generated rather than genuine. The hooks are borrowed. The phrases are recycled. The voice is missing. Meridith names what's happening to human communication in the age of AI — and gives audiences three immediately actionable practices to get their voice back.

What attendees leave with:

How to recognize when you're communicating like a machine instead of a human

A listening practice that stops the habit of waiting to respond and starts the habit of actually hearing

One shift from commanding to inviting that opens conversations instead of closing them

Note: Also available as a panel · Meridith is a published Fast Company contributor on this topic

CUSTOM

Custom Keynote & Experience Design

Any format · Any length

Your team doesn't need another one-size-fits-all talk. They need something that meets them where they are. Meridith starts with a call — to hear what your team is up against, who will be in the room, and what you actually need them to walk away with. She builds from there. Every element is adapted to your audience, not borrowed from a template.

Note: Starts with a discovery call · Meridith collaborates directly with event planners to get it right

Meridith is a powerhouse of an individual... and she was absolutely a show stopper.

I used to be the last to speak in breakout rooms. Now I actually enjoy them.

ABOUT MERIDITH

She was the quiet kid in the back row. That changed the day she found theater.

In sixth grade, Meridith Grundei was terrified of being called on. Theater changed that. It gave her voice, presence, and an understanding of what it actually takes for a human to connect with another human in a room. She's been doing this work for over two decades — long before "communication coaching" had a name.

Today she works with leaders, teams, and organizations who are done sounding like everyone else. She's spoken to AWS cloud architects and energy policy researchers and gotten a perfect score in both rooms. Her clients include Amazon Web Services, Google, Sotheby's, Pfizer, Merck, Panasonic, and Stanford University.

Her writing on communication and AI has been published in Fast Company. She's the founder of Unscripted — an immersive retreat for people who want to communicate with more courage and less performance. The fact that she built an entire retreat around this work tells you something about how seriously she takes it.

She gets a perfect score in every room she walks into.
That's not a coincidence.

Stop performing. Start connecting.

Meridith does a discovery call with every event planner — to make sure the session fits your audience, not just your schedule.
