She works with executives, founders, and enterprise teams to shape clear, decision-ready communication in high-stakes environments. ​Meridith's work focuses on helping leaders move beyond generic presentation styles and communicate with clarity, authority, and presence. Clients include teams at Amazon AWS, Google, Sotheby’s, Pfizer, and Panasonic, as well as mission-driven organizations navigating complex ideas and high visibility moments. ​With a background in theater directing and training at The Second City, Meridith brings a structured yet human approach to communication. Her work blends clear frameworks, sharp storytelling, and embodied presence, supporting leaders in boardrooms, on stage, and on camera. ​In addition to enterprise and executive work, Meridith is the founder of Unscripted, an immersive retreat experience focused on presence, storytelling, and live communication practice. He works with individuals and brands to clarify voice, define identity, and communicate in a way that feels aligned and trustworthy, without relying on formulas or performative polish. ​At Unscripted, Jamar guides participants through content capture and storytelling direction, helping translate who they are into how they show up on stage, on camera, and in high-visibility rooms. His role is creative collaboration and experiential design, not core enterprise delivery or client engagements.
