This retreat is for people who care deeply about their voice and are ready to work with it, not perform it. It’s a space to practice, refine, and be seen with clarity, alongside others who value craft, presence, and truth.
Over four days, you’ll experience improv and presence training, story coaching, intentional content capture, and a final live showcase. The work is supportive and rigorous, designed to help you integrate what you know into how you actually show up.

Meridith Grundei is a New York City–based communication strategist who leads all strategic direction and client work across Meridith Grundei Coaching and Unscripted. She works with executives, founders, and enterprise teams to shape clear, decision-ready communication in high-stakes environments, and with individuals and groups who want to develop presence, voice, and credibility that actually lands.
Her work helps leaders move beyond generic presentation styles and speak with clarity, authority, and intention. Meridith has partnered with teams at Amazon AWS, Google, Sotheby’s, Pfizer, and Panasonic, as well as mission-driven organizations navigating complex ideas, visibility, and influence.
